Hidden Talent: If there’s a karaoke machine nearby, I will sing Lady Gaga. It won’t be pretty, but it will happen.

Professional Passion: Technology! In 1995, Mosaic In A Box was released, and I browsed the internet with a visual interface for the very first time. It was exciting, inspiring and life changing. Gone were the days of Telnet and BITNET – it was all going to happen on the WWW. I knew I wanted to be part of the movement that would connect people and information on a global scale. I’m thankful I was able to make a career of it.

Favorite thing about MMI: Other than our gorgeous new building? Our intrapreneurial spirit. If you have an idea, a plan, and the drive, MMI has the resources and support to help you make it happen – all within the safety net of a large ad agency.

Best advice: Assume nothing. Ask lots of questions up front.

Most memorable client moments: Launching the TroopTube website on Veteran’s Day 2008. We created a vehicle that connected military members with their families during deployment. MMI was using technology for the sake of connecting people – so powerful. It was an honor to serve those families who were sacrificing so much. Nerd brag: TroopTube was HD a full year before YouTube was HD.

Houston hangout: Blacksmith – I am powered by espresso and Wi-Fi.

Memberships: Texas Exes Life Member, Cool Mom Tech contributor, reigning fantasy football league champion

Picasso said it best. “I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.”
